Data Analytics Engineering is about turning raw data into valuable business insights. It includes data collecting, storing, processing, validation and visualization.

Training process
The program consists of two stages:
- The first one lasts 3 months and requires ~12 hours of weekly engagement. You will explore self-study materials, complete assigned tasks and discuss your questions with our mentors at regular Q&A sessions.
- If you show good results and successfully pass a technical interview, we will invite you to the next stage. It usually lasts 3.5 months and requires ~20 hours of weekly engagement. You will learn to organize information, build visualization, check data quality and get acquainted with cloud technologies.
After completing this program, high-performing candidates may be offered the opportunity to continue their learning according to their level, skills, and available opportunities at EPAM.
What is required for training:
- English level from B2 (Upper-Intermediate) and higher
- Fluency in Hungarian of C1 (Advanced) level and higher
- Basic knowledge of Relational Database Management System (DBMS) theory
- Understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- Familiarity with Python basics
Nice to have:
- Degree from a technical university or other educational institution with a technical specialization
- Experience in banking and technical spheres
How to get started?
- Register on this page until 23rd of September. Once you fill in all the required fields and attach the CV, you will find the confirmation with more details in your mailbox or notifications tab.
- Specify your interest in this program in your profile's "Additional information" section. Please indicate the reasons for choosing this training and your expectations.
- Take an English test available in your profile. You should complete it within 3 days after the registration and reach the B2 English level result or higher to proceed.
- Pass an entry technical test available in the "My enrollments" section. You should take it within 3 days after the registration and reach a minimum score of 70%.
- Communicate with a recruiter by phone. We will contact you within 1-3 weeks after you pass all the tests to ask some general questions and guide you through the next steps.
- Pass an online technical exam on 27th of September. We will schedule it for a specific time, which will be the same for all participants and be provided to you in a separate email.
- Receive an invitation to the program. We will inform you of the enrollment results and share further instructions for your learning journey during 1-2 weeks after the technical exam.
